PRODUCTS & QUALITY
Q: What are your shirts made of?
A: All our shirts are premium Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tees. They're made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester). This is the same high-quality blank used by premium streetwear brands—soft, durable, and designed for all-day comfort.
Q: How do the shirts fit?
A: Our shirts have a modern unisex fit—not too baggy, not too fitted. They run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. If you want a more fitted look, stick with your normal size.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We currently offer sizes Small through 3XL. If you need sizing outside this range, please contact us—we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Q: How is the design applied to the shirt?
A: We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed prints that are soft to the touch. The design becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. The left sleeve features our FoldedEgoDesigns.com branding for subtle professionalism.
Q: Will the design fade or crack?
A: With proper care, your design will maintain its quality for years. DTG printing is highly durable. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry or tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design.
Q: What colors do you offer?
A: Currently, we offer black shirts with white designs for a bold, high-contrast look that aligns with our zen punk aesthetic. We're considering additional color options based on customer demand.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your design and size, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your credit card information.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: When you place your order, we authorize your payment method to ensure the funds are available. However, we don't actually charge your card until your item is produced and ships. This means if there's any issue with fulfillment, you're not charged. Most customers will see a "pending" authorization on their card statement that converts to a completed charge once their order ships (typically within 3-7 business days of ordering).
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because we make each item to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@foldedego.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes if production hasn't started yet.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
A: We're currently focused on direct-to-consumer sales, but we're open to discussions about wholesale opportunities for poker rooms, tournament organizers, or retail partners. Contact us to discuss options.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6-12 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location but typically take 7-14 business days after fulfillment.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
A: First, check your tracking information to see the current status. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows an issue, contact us and we'll investigate immediately and work to resolve the situation.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: We inspect every item before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll rush a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Q: What does "Folded Ego" mean?
A: It's a poker term and a philosophy. At the table, your biggest opponent is often your ego—the voice that turns bad beats into tilt or keeps you in hands you should fold. "Folded Ego" represents the practice of setting aside ego and playing with awareness and discipline. It's about embracing the middle way.
Q: What is "zen punk poker"?
A: It's the intersection of Eastern philosophy and Western rebellion. We believe you can be thoughtful AND edgy, disciplined AND bold. Our aesthetic combines zen principles (enso circles, meditation, awareness) with punk rock energy (bold graphics, unapologetic designs, attitude).
Q: Are you affiliated with any poker organizations?
A: We're an independent brand created by poker players, for poker players. We're not affiliated with any casinos, poker tours, or organizations—we're focused on creating authentic apparel that reflects the depth and psychology of the game.
Q: Why is everything made to order?
A: We don't believe in wasteful overproduction. Every piece is made specifically for you when you order it. This eliminates waste, reduces environmental impact, and ensures you get a fresh, quality product every time. It's the middle way applied to business.

Q: Will you be adding new designs?
A: Absolutely. We have a pipeline of new designs in development. Each one goes through extensive refinement to ensure it embodies our zen punk philosophy and meets our quality standards. Sign up for our email list to be notified of new releases.
